Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 item
- mayo - 1 c
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Dressing:1/4 c
- jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
- whole onion, chopped - 1 item
- bunches fresh broccoli, cut in flowerets - 2 item
How to make broccoli salad:
Toss, cover and refrigerate 2 hours.Dressing:1/4 c. sugar1 c. mayo1 c. sour cream1 tsp. salt Blend and toss on salad.This recipe came from Mary Alice Brougham, mother of my daughter-in-law, Linda Naatz.
