- Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- jar chunky salsa - 1 oz
- crushed tortilla chips, divided - 2 c
- shredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese, divided - 2 (8
How to make beef nacho casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder. Layer half each of the meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole or 13 x 9-inch pan. Repeat layers.
