- crushed graham crackers - 2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- stick oleo, softened - 1 item

How to make banana split cake:
Mix and press into 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Do not overbake (approximately 8 minutes in 350° oven).Second Layer:2 c. powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese, softened Mix and beat at high speed 10 minutes. Pour over crumb mixture.Third Layer:4 bananas, sliced Arrange over mixture.Fourth Layer:1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained Put over bananas and sprinkle with coconut (optional).Fifth Layer:12 oz. Cool Whip Top with large bowl of Cool Whip.Sixth Layer:1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. maraschino cherries Top with nuts and cherries.
