Banana split
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- walnuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- to 5 bananas - 4 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- cubes margarine - 2 item
- large container nondairy whipped topping - 1 item
How to make banana split:
Crust: Mix 1 cube melted margarine and cracker crumbs and press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.Filling: Beat eggs, 1 cube margarine and powdered sugar at medium speed with electric beater for no less than 15 minutes. Spread this mixture over unbaked graham cracker crust. Cover with sliced bananas, well drained crushed pineapple and nondairy whipped topping. Sprinkle with walnuts. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Serves 12 to 15.
