Ingredients/Components
- water - 6 c
- sugar - 4 c
- small can frozen lemon juice - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- large can pineapple juice - 1 item
- bananas - 5 item
- large can frozen orange juice - 1 item
- ginger ale - 3 qt
- sherbet - 1 item
How to make banana punch:
Boil water and sugar for 3 minutes and cool. Mix lemon juice, water and pineapple juice. Cut bananas lengthwise; remove seeds. Crush and pour 1/2 lemon juice mixture over bananas. Add orange juice and 1 can water. Mix altogether; add to cooled syrup. Place in wide mouth jars and freeze. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving; add ginger ale.
