How to make strawberry cake:

Mix Jell-O and cake mix together. Follow directions on cake mix except use milk instead of water. Bake in 2 round cake pans. After cake has cooled, split layers in halves so that you have 4 layers.Icing:2 or 3 (8 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries1 (16 oz.) sour cream1 extra large Cool Whip1/2 (9 oz.) frozen coconut1 c. sugar Mix ingredients except strawberries together. Layer on cake: cake, strawberries, icing and repeat on each layer. Use remaining icing on sides of cake.
