Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil
- unsifted flour - 3 c
- large eggs, beaten - 4 item
- strawberries, thawed and drained - 2 c
How to make strawberry bread:
Heat oven to 350°. Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, drained strawberries and nuts. Stir just to moisten and mix. Spoon batter into two greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans or 6 small loaf pans. Bake for 50 to 70 minutes.Recipe categories: Strawberry, Breads, Berries.
