  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • cider vinegar - 1/3 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • poppy seed - 2 tsp
  • salad greens - 4 6
  • onion powder - 1/2 tsp
  • strawberries, sliced - 1 lb
  • ripe avocados, peeled and sliced - 2 item

How to make strawberry avocado salad:

Blend sugar, salt, vinegar, mustard and onion powder. Gradually add oil and blend. Stir in poppy seed. In a salad bowl, combine salad greens, avocados and strawberries. Before serving, drizzle with dressing and toss.
