  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • white sugar - 3/4 c
  • cornflakes, crushed - 1 c
  • crushed nuts or coconut - 1 c

How to make cornflake cookies:

Mix in usual way and bake in moderate oven at 350° for 10 minutes.
