  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • almond extract - 1 oz
  • boiling water - 1/2 c
  • instant coffee - 1 tsp
  • fifth vodka - 1 item

How to make amaretto:

Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Set aside to cool. Bring sugar and water to a boil, then cool. When cooled, add coffee mixture, vodka, almond extract, boiling water and vanilla. Pour into fifths. Makes 2 fifths.
