  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 1 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • cream of tartar
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • zucchini - 4 c

How to make zucchini pie:

Peel and seed zucchini. Cut into chunks or sliced. Cook until almost done. Drain, then place in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain, then add all of the ingredients and mix. Pour in pie shell and dot with butter. Top with pie crust. Bake at 400° for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
