Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cream of tartar
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- zucchini - 4 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Peel and seed zucchini. Cut into chunks or sliced. Cook until almost done. Drain, then place in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain, then add all of the ingredients and mix. Pour in pie shell and dot with butter. Top with pie crust. Bake at 400° for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
