Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2/3 c
- sticks butter - 3 item
- peeled and seeded zucchini - 8 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Crust:4 c. flour3 sticks butter2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt Melt butter; mix with flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt until crumbly. Press 1/2 of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.Cook zucchini until tender with lemon juice. Add sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup crust mixture. Pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining crust over top. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
