Zucchini nut bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• large eggs - 3 item
• raw zucchini, peeled and grated - 2 c

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Mix well first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
