Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- browned hamburger - 1 lb
- shredded raw zucchini - 1 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Melt butter and pour on stuffing. Put half of stuffing in a 9 x 13-inch pan; add zucchini mix over this. Put last half of stuffing on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
