- butter - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- medium zucchini - 1 item
- medium bell pepper - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Slice zucchini, boil and drain. Set aside. Lightly saute (do not brown) onion and bell pepper in butter. Add ground beef and brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in tomato sauce. Add zucchini.
