- butter - 1 item
- water - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- zucchini - 4 c
- slices cheese Cheddar or American - 3 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini in water until tender. Drain and add eggs, mayonnaise, onion and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Put bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until golden brown.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
