Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup, undiluted - 1 item
- medium sized onion - 1 item
- unseasoned cornbread stuffing - 1 pkg
- cooked and drained zucchini - 1 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
Melt butter; stir in stuffing mix. Line bottom of 9 x 15-inch pan. Save enough chunks to sprinkle over top. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour in pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
