Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- to 8 zucchini or yellow squash, thinly sliced - 6 item
- to 3 tomatoes, thinly sliced - 2 item
- Italian sauce canned - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook squash until tender; drain. Arrange in flat casserole; cover with tomatoes, Swiss cheese and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
