  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Crisco oil - 2/3 c
  • raw zucchini, chopped and drained - 2 c
  • Add flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon, then add vanilla and nuts

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and zucchini. Add flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon, then add vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased bread pan.Whipped Spread For Bread:1 lb. margarine (at room temperature)1/2 c. evaporated milk Place margarine in bowl of electric mixer; beat until smooth and creamy. Slowly on lowest speed, blend in evaporated milk; turn to high and beat until fluffy. Makes 3 1/2 cups. Store in refrigerator.
