Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- Crisco oil - 2/3 c
- raw zucchini, chopped and drained - 2 c
- Add flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon, then add vanilla and nuts
How to make zucchini bread:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil and zucchini. Add flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon, then add vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased bread pan.Whipped Spread For Bread:1 lb. margarine (at room temperature)1/2 c. evaporated milk Place margarine in bowl of electric mixer; beat until smooth and creamy. Slowly on lowest speed, blend in evaporated milk; turn to high and beat until fluffy. Makes 3 1/2 cups. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
