Zucchini beef soup
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 4 c
- Italian seasoning - 3 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- beef bouillon granules - 2 tsp
- celery stalks, chopped - 4 item
- ground beef or venison - 1 lb
- tomatoes, undrained - 2 cans
- medium zucchini, cubed do not peel - 6 item
How to make zucchini beef soup:
In large pan, cook beef, celery, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain if greasy. Stir in rest of the ingredients and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.Recipe categories: Squash, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
