Zingy meat loaf



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- lean ground round
- minced celery - 1/2 c
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- medium size green pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make zingy meat loaf:
Mix all ingredients lightly and shape into loaf. Place in a rack in a baking pan; bake in moderate oven at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings, containing 220 calories each.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Main dish.
