  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • ground cumin - 1/4 tsp
  • corn meal - 2 Tbsp

How to make zesty fried chicken:

Combine in mixing bowl the corn meal, paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper and cumin. Rinse chicken. Coat evenly with corn meal mixture. Spray a cold large skillet with nonstick spray. Cook until done.
