- coconut
- baking soda - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- tall can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
- Bake at 350° in a 9 x 12-inch pan for approximately 25 minutes
How to make yum-yum cake:
Mix ingredients. Bake at 350° in a 9 x 12-inch pan for approximately 25 minutes.Icing:1 small can evaporated milk1 c. sugar1 stick butter1 1/2 c. coconut1 c. chopped nuts Boil the first 3 ingredients for 2 minutes.
