Wild rice and shrimp casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 2 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 tbsp
- chopped green bell pepper - 2 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- cup Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 item
- pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined - 1 item
- cups long grain and wild rice, cooked - 2 item
How to make wild rice and shrimp casserole:
Cook rice according to directions using 1/2 cup less water. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
