Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- small amount milk - 1 item
- to 10 large potatoes, boiled - 8 item
- chives and paprika optional - 1 item
How to make whipped potato casserole:
Cook potatoes as for whipped potatoes. Drain and whip. Mix together sour cream and cream cheese. Add to whipped potatoes. Add garlic salt and chives to taste. Beat 2 eggs; add a little milk and mix into potato mixture. Put into a greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Can now refrigerate covered or bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
