  • water - 1 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • cheese - 1 lb

How to make welsh rarebit:

Cut up cheese and add water. Heat in a saucepan until cheese melts. Add butter, salt and flour, which has been thickened with a little water. Bring to a boil. Pour over saltine crackers.
