• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• milk - 2 c
• coconut - 1/2 c
• cooking oil - 3/4 c
• Dream Whip - 2 pkg
• instant pistachio pudding - 1 pkg
• white cake mix - 1 pkg
• 7-Up - 1 c
• Beat approximately 3 minutes on medium speed

How to make watergate cake:

Mix ingredients. Beat approximately 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour into three 8-inch round pans. Bake at 325° for approximately 40 minutes or until done. Top with Watergate Cake Icing.Watergate Cake Icing:1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding2 pkg.
