How to make watergate cake:

Combine all ingredients in a large electric mixer bowl; beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Turn on wire rack to cool. Frost with Pistachio Frosting.Pistachio Frosting:2 envelopes Dream Whip1 1/2 c. cold milk1 (3 1/2 oz.) pistachio pudding mix1/2 c. pecans, chopped Mix ingredients and spread on cake. Garnish with pecan halves.
