Walnut chicken
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- sliced green onions - 1/3 c
- broken walnuts - 1/4 c
- beer - 1/4 c
- shoyu sauce - 1/4 c
- boneless chicken - 1 lb
- box fresh mushrooms - 1 oz
How to make walnut chicken:
Combine shoyu sauce, sugar, beer, ginger, garlic and chicken in a bowl. Marinate for approximately 30 minutes. Heat oil in wok or skillet and add chicken. Stir-fry until chicken is cooked and soy mixture begins to coat chicken. Add green onions, mushrooms and walnuts. Cook 3 minutes, tossing mixture with slotted spoon.
