  • mushrooms - 1/4 lb
  • dill - 1 tsp
  • garlic cloves - 1 item
  • onions - 1 c
  • white wine optional - 1/4 c
  • egg noodles - 1 pkg
  • venison steak - 2 lb
  • beef broth or bouillon
  • butter to brown meat in - 1 item
