Vegetable salad
Ingredients/Components
- raisins - 1 c
- mayonnaise or salad dressing
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- head broccoli, cut into small pieces and without stems - 1 item
- bunch green onions, chopped fine and including blades - 1 item
- seedless grapes, cut in pieces - 2 c
- sliced almonds more if you like - 1/2 c
- sugar you may use sugar substitute - 1/2 c
- white or red vinegar wine vinegar tastes best - 1 Tbsp
How to make vegetable salad:
DRESSING1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing1/2 c. sugar (you may use sugar substitute)1 Tbsp. white or red vinegar (wine vinegar tastes best) Use just the tops of the broccoli, 4 or 5 onions, green or red grapes. Cut up and mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mix dressing and pour over vegetables. Let set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
