Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can pimento - 1 item
- can Stokely whole kernel white corn - 1 item
- can Stokely peas - 1 item
- can Stokely French-style green beans - 1 item
- Dressing:1 slice crumbled bacon for flavoring
- sugar I used 3/4 c - 1 c
How to make vegetable salad:
Dressing:1 slice crumbled bacon (for flavoring)3/4 c. vinegar1 c. sugar (I used 3/4 c. honey)1 tsp. salt1 c. oil Boil dressing; cool and pour over vegetables. Let set 12 to 24 hours. Keeps well.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
