Vegetable beef soup



Ingredients/Components
- water - 7 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen corn
- barley - 3/4 c
- dried parsley - 2 Tbsp
- stew meat, cut in small pieces - 1 lb
- Salt to taste - 1 item
- cans tomatoes and 2 8-oz - 2 oz
- can Rotel - 1 item
- fresh carrots, chopped
- can LeSueur peas - 1 item
- can butter beans - 1 item
How to make vegetable beef soup:
Flour stew meat and brown in oil. In large pot on stove, put water, parsley, salt, and stew meat, cover and simmer one hour. Add tomatoes, sauce, Rotel, onion and carrots, cover and simmer for another hour. Add peas, corn, barley, and butter beansRecipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Beef.
