Twice baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3 Tbsp
- slices bacon - 6 item
- baking potatoes - 4 item
- green onions, sliced thin - 3 item
- dash of black pepper, nutmeg and paprika - 1 item
- half and half hot - 1/2 c
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Wash and dry potatoes. Prick potatoes with fork in a few places. Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until done. Cut thin slice from tops of potatoes and scoop out all pulp into bowl. Mash pulp with half and half. Beat in butter and onions. Add seasoningsRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
