Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion - 3 Tbsp
- slices bacon - 3 item
- Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- parsley to taste - 1 item
- baker potatoes - 4 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes until done. Cut 1/3 of potatoes off lengthwise and scoop most of potato pulp into bowl, setting potato hull aside. Mash pulp. Add bacon, finely chopped onion, butter, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Scoop into potato hulls and top with cheese.
