- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- medium baking potatoes - 4 item
- snipped chives - 1 tsp
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Pierce skins of potatoes with fork. Arrange potatoes on microwave-safe paper towel in microwave oven. Cook on full power for 10 to 14 minutes, or until potatoes are done. Turn potatoes over halfway through cooking time. Cut slice from top of potatRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
