  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • plus 2 tsp - 2 c

How to make turtle cookies:

Melt margarine in saucepan or large bowl in microwave. Add cocoa and stir. Beat in eggs and sugar. Fold in flour and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls onto waffle iron at medium temperature. Bake 1 to 2 minutes, check for doneness with fork. Frost with chocolate frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
