Ingredients/Components
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1/4 c
- chopped fresh spinach - 2 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
- medium tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
- green onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked turkey, cut into 1/2-inch strips - 5 oz
- can asparagus spears, drained and chopped - 1 1/2
How to make turkey salad:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill. Combine Italian dressing and mustard, stirring until blended. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat. Cover and chill. Yields 6 servings (1 cup).Recipe categories: Salads, Poultry, Turkey.
