  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter
  • can tuna - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • can mushrooms - 1 oz
  • hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • green pepper, cubed - 1/2 item
  • medium noodles, cooked - 1/2 pkg
  • can peas or cooked frozen peas - 1/2 item
  • pimento cheese or old American cheese - 1/2 pkg
  • small jar stuffed olives, cut - 1 item

How to make tuna fish casserole:

Cream Sauce:1 1/2 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp. flour1 c. milk salt and pepper Combine ingredients and pour sauce over noodle mixture and stir lightly. Bake 1 hour at 300°.
