Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tuna - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
How to make tuna casserole:
Place tuna in bottom of casserole dish. Bring to a boil the following until thick: salt, pepper, butter, milk and flour. Stir cheese into the mixture. Cook until the cheese melts. Pour the mixture over the tuna, then sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Tuna.
