Tropical cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• confectioners sugar - 1/4 c
• Cool Whip - 1 pkg
• can crushed pineapple, drained well - 1 oz
• graham cracker pie shell - 1 item

How to make tropical cheesecake:

Cream confectioners sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in Cool Whip. Then add crushed pineapple. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie shell. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Optional: Garnish top with cherries or crumbs from graham cracker pie shell.
