  • salt - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1 pt
  • oregano - 1 Tbsp
  • basil - 1 Tbsp
  • cans tomato paste - 5 oz
  • green peppers - 4 item
  • onions - 3 lb
  • to 4 hot peppers - 3 item
  • bushel of tomatoes make into juice - 1/2 item
  • clove head garlic - 1 item

How to make tomato sauce:

Mix and add to juice and bring to boil for 45 minutes. Place in hot jars and process.
