Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cold water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 6 8
- carrots - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- cucumber - 1 item
- green peppers - 1 item
- envelopes Knox gelatine - 2 item
- V-8 juice - 2 c
- cabbage or cauliflower - 1 item
How to make tomato aspic:
Mix gelatine and cold water. Heat sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and V-8 juice to boil. Mix with gelatine mixture. Add chopped vegetables to fill mold (8 1/2 inches). Chill until set.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Very low carbs.
