Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 1/4 c
- shoyu - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/4 c
- cubed tomatoes - 1 item
- drained bean sprouts - 1 item
- Cool and store in refrigerator
- cut watercress - 1 item
- thin-sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 item
How to make tofu salad:
Combine in small pot and bring to fast boil. Cool and store in refrigerator.Vegetables: well blotted tofu squares drained bean sprouts cut watercress cubed tomatoes thin-sliced fresh mushrooms Arrange in layers in the order given.
