Three-cheese macaroni
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- 8 oz - 1 can
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/4 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- Swiss cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- condensed Cheddar cheese soup - 1 can
- dry macaroni, cooked and drained
How to make three-cheese macaroni:
Preheat oven to 350°. In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish (lightly greased), combine hot macaroni, soup, milk, seasonings, 1/4 cup each of the cheeses and 1/2 can French fried onions. Bake, covered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese, French fried onions, Cheddar and Swiss cheeses. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
