  • milk - 1 c
  • 8 oz - 1 can
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
  • Swiss cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
  • condensed Cheddar cheese soup - 1 can
  • dry macaroni, cooked and drained

How to make three-cheese macaroni:

Preheat oven to 350°. In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish (lightly greased), combine hot macaroni, soup, milk, seasonings, 1/4 cup each of the cheeses and 1/2 can French fried onions. Bake, covered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese, French fried onions, Cheddar and Swiss cheeses. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
