Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/8 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- chopped apples - 3 c
- Stir in dry ingredients
How to make thanksgiving cake:
Mix oil and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Add apples, butterscotch chips, nuts and vanilla. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. While cake is warm, prepare topping.Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. butter1/8 c. milk Combine and cook 3 minutes; pour over cake while warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
