Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium tomatoes - 3 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- avocados - 3 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- black olives, pitted - 1 c
- jalapeno bean dip - 2 cans
- large bunch green onions - 1 item
- large round tortilla chips - 1 item
How to make tex-mex dip:
First Layer: On a large platter, spread cans of jalapeno bean dip, mashed avocados mixed together with lemon juice and salt and pepper.Second Layer: Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix; then top with onions, tomatoes and olives. Add shredded cheese on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
