- sugar - 8 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 item
- soy sauce - 16 Tbsp
- chicken - 1 item
How to make teriyaki chicken:
Cut up chicken or use only dark or light meat. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Put in dry iron skillet on simmer. Cook 15 minutes, covered; turn once. Mix soy sauce and sugar. Take lid off and pour soy sauce mixture over chicken. Cook, turning often, until done, about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
