Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ground beef
- tomato catsup - 1/2 c
- green pepper - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- bag Tater Tots - 1 item
How to make tater tot casserole:
Mix beef, eggs, onion, oatmeal, catsup and salt. Place in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Cut pepper rings and place on top of meat. Pour one can of mushroom soup over all. Place frozen Tater Tots on mixture and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
