- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- tsp black pepper - 1/4 item
- frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower combination - 1 (16
- can cream mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- jar chopped pimiento - 1/4 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables (defrost first), soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento, and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350° and for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
